If you would like to provide us with any feedback, please contact us. If you have a complaint, our focus is on resolving the matter for you as quickly as possible. If you are not happy with our resolution, you can refer the matter to our Internal Dispute Resolution Service.
Youi is a member of the Insurance and Savings Ombudsman (ISO) and is bound by their Terms of Reference when handling customer disputes.
Youi has been operating in New Zealand after being authorised by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand in July 2014. However the company, who originally began operating in Australia in March 2008, can trace its origins back to 1998 through its sister company, OUTsurance.
